
The politician and communications officer for the National Democratic Party (NDC) continues to stand his ground regarding the Ambulance case against Attorney General Godfred Yeboah Dame. He tells Attorney General that the NDC office has incriminating evidence of which they plan on publishing for the general public to know how unethical and unprofessional the accused is.
Attorney General Godfred Yeboah Dame is accused of causing financial loss to the state through the purchasing of 200 ambulance for the Health Ministry. The ambulance is said to be bought at a costly price while dirty dealings was found in its purchasing. The case gets entangled around Minority Leader, Cassiel Ato Forson as an accomplice to the offense by Richard Japka.
As the case is heard in court, Richard Japka,the third accused person regarding the ambulance case ,said to the court that Attorney General Godfred Yeboah Dame contracted him to accuse Minority Leader Cassiel Ato Forson in the ambulance purchasing. Reports makes us aware that Attorney General Godfred Yeboah Dame was present in court when this allegation on him was made by remained silent to it.
Meanwhile, Attorney General Godfred Yeboah Dame claims to also have a video evidence which shows the Minority Leader Cassiel Ato Forson wanting out of the ambulance purchasing contract.
Amidst this battle, the Minority communications officer Sammy Gyamfi takes to social media on the 26 day of May,2024 to say that the Attorney General and his team are doing everything possible to ” preempt and create diversions to water-down the effect of the bombshell looming over Dame’s head”. He further said the office of NPP is “desperate and will attempt to deceive, deflect and put out half-truth to complete red-herrings just to obfuscate the issue”.
Sammy Gyamfi assures Ghanaians that the office of the NDC will provide evidence to vindicate Cassiel Ato Forson and prove the guilt of Attorney General Godfred Yeboah Dame. For he will not sit and allow the NPP office to politically victimize Ghanaians.
