Usher Raymond IV , an American singer, songwriter and dancer who is influential in the world of contemporary R&B and Pop music is one who has organized one such event.
“Past Present Future” tour was supposed to kick off on the 15th of August , was suddenly postponed by the R&B legend due to medical reasons.
Usher , early into the month made it known to fans that the first day for the tour which is the 15 , will have to be postponed. This was because he had suffered from a neck injury while rehearsing for the show.
He was anticipating to make the second one possible but also later revealed that , he won’t be having any shows for the week as his doctors have advised against it.
He said, “My hope was that with my physical therapy and medical treatment , I would be able to overcome the injury and be ready for the opening night . Unfortunately , the injury has not healed yet and my doctors have instructed me not to perform any shows this week ” he explained to his fans.
However, the eight time Grammy winner has made up for the postponed shows. As he gave an electrifying performance in D.C. He performed most of his songs which included his ninth Alby, Home Coming.
The R&B legend also surprised fans with other musicians from D.C. Wale , Raheem DeVaughn and Sugar Near. These artists also gave wonderful performances that kept the crowd entertained and cheering happily.
